TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum Order:

HighLine Apparel’s minimum orders are 12 units per style, per color with a few exceptions. Any of our styles can be made using HLA core colors at a minimum of 150 units per order. Custom styles and custom Pantone colors require a minimum purchase of 350 units.

Samples:

HighLine Apparel qualifies a sample as one unit per style, per size. All samples are priced based on the third column pricing, plus applicable taxes and freight costs. Samples can be kept by the client for a period of 30 days at no cost, however return transportation will be at the client’s expense.

Production Lead Times:

Orders or pre-production proofs of blank apparel: +/- 3-5 business days + shipping time following required approvals. Orders or pre-production proofs of decorated apparel: 10-15 days + shipping time following required approvals. If special printing or embroidery requirements are required, timelines may slightly shift.

Deliveries/Rush Deliveries:

The goods are shipped FOB through FedEx or Canada Post pending the volume, unless an alternative is appointed. Shipping costs are added to all invoices. We cannot be responsible for third party delays in deliveries as these circumstances are outside of our control. Rush deliveries will have a 15% surcharge per order and will be produced without approval within 72 business hours.

Price, Availability/Variations:

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices listed in the Price List do not include decoration fees. Orders are accepted based on the price quoted when the order is received and placed by one of our sales managers. HighLine Apparel reserves the right to modify or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics without notice.

Packing, hang tags, special labels and folding (minimum 12 units):

Unless specified, apparel will be packaged and placed in boxes in order of size. Special folding and polybagging will have additional fees for processing.

Order changes and cancellations:

Regular wholesale orders (without custom printing), once entered into the system, can be changed within 24 hour period, no minimums and no additional charges. For any changes after the 24 hour window, a new order with a minimum of 12 pieces will have to be submitted. For cancellations - restocking and shipping fees may apply.

Custom printed orders can be changed or cancelled, depending of the production status. Set-up, printing, restocking and shipping fees may apply.
